Useless courier company

I made an order from a cellphone company and the are using Skynet as their courier. They phoned me that they are delivering since last week Tuesday, they didn't deliver but send me a massage that I was not at my delivery address, I specifically told them that they must phone when they arrive and they must deliver before 16:00. They came to deliver at 19:00 outside my working hours, the same thing happened twice already. Up until to date I haven't received my parcel, since Monday they have been saying they will deliver the next day. I have never been mistreated this way by any courier company before, the call centre agents are very rude, they leave you hanging on the phone and the phone will just hang up.
