Useless Courier Company

I received an SMS on the 25th of november saying my parcel(license disc) will be delivered within 3-5 workdays but today is the 7th of december I still havent received it and it is the second one experiencing the same problem this year , I dont know why capitec is using this courier company because they are useless and why are they accepting soweto orders if they cannot deliver, and delivering around 19:30 in the evening does not make sense because i used my work address and normal deliveries are done during the day, I never experienced issues with fastway, they dont even call me they just deliver to the soweto address.
