Useless company

Wish i could give them zero star rating - they have my parcel for a week and still not delivered - they had 2 parcels - delivered one and kept the other - even their own driver says they are useless - i send them emails - no response - i have no idea why Samsung is still using them as a service provider - its obvious they have no clue what service is - pathetic
