Useless and a waste of time
You do not even deserve this one star rating on here. After receiving an sms this morning that my package will be delivered today between 08:00 and 17:00. And rearranging my entire day, only for no package to arrive. This is utterly and beyond useless service. I am in total disbelief that companies keep using Skynet. My time might not mean much to you but it is invaluable to me. Now I suppose I will have to take another day to wait for your useless service again tomorrow. Someone had better get back to me asap to resolve this matter.

I appreciate the fact that it was delivered and would recommend that you just add a line to the sms that deliveries may occur after hours in certain extreme cases. Then people like me would not feel that an entire day has been waisted for no good reason. My initial review was also based upon recent review from a few sources. The fact that there as been a reply to my review on hellopeter suggests that you are in deed making efforts to better your serviece and that to me is always a good sign.
So in my case it seems my initial right up with regards to your service has definitely been improved so thank you very much.
