USELESS AND ***********

I am having the worst experience with these useless idiots. I've probably spent more money on calls that the cost of the duties I'm trying to pay. They are rude and ***********. I received a link 2 August 2025 to pay my taxes and duties. Completed everything and as soon as click on pay, the button greyed out. I tried this numerous times and on different devices. I've called into their call center around 9 times and got nowhere. The call backs received, they put you on hold 15 to 20 minutes and then they just drop the call again. No one is helpful and they just treat you as a number. I can't pay the duties so are they just going to hold on to the products now I assume.
