useless

on thursday last week a parcel was supposed to be delivered. we ended up having to go collect it at skynets warehouse cause they useless. they said they went out at 6am which i dont believe. on the parcel it was written bad address even though it was correct. the telephone number was incorrect somehow. they left a digit out. so i go there, security says go to reception. rrception says go to security. then to warehouse. person at warehouse says its probably at their other branch. then someone finds it at their desk, drops it in front of us (over R1000 in hugo boss fragrance) . the bad attitudes and unwillingness to help is pathetic. most useless courier ever
