Useless

Fnb used this useless delivery company to deliver my order, I call in to confirm when my order will be delivered and they call the driver and he lies that he could not reach me, I called in 3 times requesting to speak to a manager because the driver is lying and the agent cuts my calls !!! I am going onto all social media sites to voice my concerns and how useless this delivery company !!
