Useless!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I've phoned their offices about 6 times during the day to make sure that my parcel is arriving today. I was advised it would be delivered today and now ive been sitting for 4 hours in my office waiting for the delivery, where i could have been at home with my family. No contact was made by the driver or anything and the their office is not answering my calls anymore. Absolutely useless, i can't believe how such a company is still in business.
