USELESS

They do not check the address and they stay with your parcel, no communication no nothing. the 1st time my parcel got lost and had to wait for a replacement for days, this time again my parcel has been sent to Pretoria but the address says Johannesburg unless there is a Johannesburg in Pretoria. l am really disappointed in Skynet, their service is very poor.
