Now ,day 15 the my parcel still not deliver. No answer from Operational Management in Cape Town.2nd Hellopeter complaint not resolved. Everyday I have to ask for my parcel.This is the worst encounter by far with this courier company.Very frustrating. Unbelievable failed service delivery. Couriers don't listen to instructions and don't follow instructions on package.
