Unreliable Service

My document which was scheduled for delivery on Monday 08April 2024. Towards the afternoon I called the call center to enquire where is my delivery, the lady called the driver and he said he was running late and will be at my residence in the next 25 minutes. This was approximately 16:40. Nobody came. Later the evening when I checked the update it said ‘Consignee not available’. This is a lie. I called the call center 3 times on the 9 April to find out where is the item and when will the delivery take place. They were unable to get a hold of the Durban operations team. This is really pathetic service. 3 days later and I am still calling to find when I will receive my item.
