Unreliable delivery services courier

Haai guys I have had the worst experience with skynet worldwide express they always sends you a sms that your parcel will be delivered today but when you track your parcel as to why it was not delivered as promised the tracking tells that delivery exception consignee not available but you were made to stop everything and wait for them for the whole day and you try to call their customer center no help you will get. I won't ever renew my license disk with capitec and their delivery service provider skynet worldwide never again
