Unreliable Delivery and Dishonest Customer Service

Worst courier service ever!!!! I am deeply disappointed with the unreliable delivery and dishonest customer service I experienced. Despite multiple assurances that my order would arrive "the next day," and making arrangements with customer service re. times, the delivery was significantly delayed with over a week. The misleading information from your customer service agents has been discouraging and shattered my trust in your company and your employees.
