Unreliable and useless

Useless is an understatement. I received an sms 07/10 last week stating that my parcel will be delivered by 5pm that never happened. Same sms on the 8th still no delivery. Yesterday again the same thing, their tracking info shows out on delivery then later on consignee not available - dishonest and useless. Their business partners need to reconsider this relationship its frustrating to us paying customers.
