Unreliable and ***********

Skynet have had my parcel for almost 2 weeks. The website says that it went out for delivery on Monday but I'm still waiting. I've tried calling the head office, no answer, the Cape Town branch, no answer, the Port Elizabeth and Bloemfontein branches, the call won't even go through, no one responds on the WhatsApp number and half the website doesn't work. This is DISGUSTING service!!! ***********, inefficient and UNRELIABLE!!! DO NOT USE!!!
