Unreliable

Wish I could actually give a -5 rating I have called in multiple times to follow up when the parcel will be collected. It was requested a week ago and till today no one has come. This is terrible service, whenever I call in I get told the driver is coming TODAY but TODAY never comes. Then I get told today that the driver was there but no one was home, there is always someone at home so please track his vehicle and show me proof that he came. Please tell your driver that he should not use google maps as it does not show which is the correct house. He should open his eyes and look for the board outside my house which shows the house number. Alternatively please give me your drivers number and I will contact him because your staff do not follow up properly when I call in. I am losing business like this.
