Unprofessionalism at its worst

These people can be so useless at times. Got an SMS yesterday morning, saying that my parcel was out for delivery, coming from ELandsfontein. It must have traveled through space and time, because as I write up this review, I haven't received it, and did not even get any communication from them as to why it was not delivered yesterday, even though I am a mere 20min drive from there. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable
