Unprofessionalism

I was called by the driver in the morning, to tell me that he had a delivery 4 me. So he told me that since i was in a remote area i needed to get someone to fetch my parcel in town. As per their instructions i did send a person who drove 150km to meet them to fetch the parcel. When i called them, to them where the person will wait they told me that my parcel was left in Pmb by the driver. When i asked why it was left i was told its because i dont live in town. Then while i was talking they decided to switch off the phone me because i was irritating them i assume. Anyway i had to make the same drive again the following day to fetch the parcel. So i wasted petrol for two days because the drivers had bad attitude and didnt wanna listen. People should aware that this company hires unprofessional people who dont care about their clients. So think twice before using them.
