Unprofessional service

<p>I am a student at unisa and i have to recieve my study package via skynet as courier. The driver just pitched without calling to hear if there is anybody at home. I asked him about that and he told me was just tired to call. I then asked him if i was not at home what then? He simply told me that he wold take the material back and i would have to pay it to get back. I'm working on assignments and due dates he simply doesn't care about that. Please assist.</p>
