Unprofessional , Pathetic Courier Service

Skynet is the worst Courier Company in SA. No customer service. Pathetic! Used by Capitec for licence renewal delivery. Their updates are inaccurate and I've been waiting since 10 October for my delivery. 2 calls to their customer service, unprofessional, useless! Today again, email received to say delivery will take place, WHAT A LIE!!!???
