Unprofessional & Extremely Rude Staff Tshepang

It's 18:40pm got a call 10 min ago from an extremely rude driver named Tshepang on ***. He asked for directions despite having my address he phones 5 minutes later than he's close to me and I should wait outside my gate he's in a hurry. I told him by the provided description he is still far off and he should get closer by another 1km then I will come out. He starts raising his voice and says that its the company warning him to quickly deliver and leave the area and he threatens to turn back with my package which I didn't take kind to I told him I'm not his employee to be raising his voice at me and making threats to me then and hung up. He is extremely rude and I wish I can see him f2f. Please cancel my order and refund my money. This is poor business waited 3 days for this package because I'm too busy to drive to your shops now you employ *********** delivery partners. Really not interested in such a laborious and distressing process.
