Unprofessional and rude drivers with bad attitude.

I had the most horrible experience with this company.

I ordered my car disc from NATIS with them and they came to drop off the disc today.

The courier driver called Tim from Elandsfontein Gauteng branch called me to ask me to come collect the parcel which I missed the call but call within a minute of his call and tolled him that I m coming downstairs. When I got downstairs he was gone. I then called again answered rudly speaking iSiZulu and shouting that I made him wait so he left. That time I made him wait 4 to 5 minutes as I was dressing up to start my morning.

When I asked him if he is going to come back or not. He dropped the call.

He then called later around 4pm which I sent my neighbours ors kid to go the parcel but he was yet again rude to the child and telling him that he is lazy and walking slow.

Like what kind of drivers are you hiring?
