Unprofessional and Bad service by Skynet

I have been calling .. sending messages and whatsups and i have emailed customer service. No response on all of the platforms. They have had my parcel since beginning October and i still cant get hold of them to send it to me!

Computer automative responses are super unprofessional and Skynet could really upgrade their communication methods and timelines.
