Unprofessional

The worst ever courier company, My order was for delivery since September. I would get an sms that my package is out for delivery with pin then later through the "unfortunately your package could not delivered".They never even contact me in any of those days I received the sms.Just called them now and they **** saying they tried to contact me.I wanted to collect my package now they telling me I can only collect between Monday to Friday.It is frustrating and unprofessional. Not to mind the rude staff when you trying enquire at their call center.Like do they ever deliver anything ???disappointed! Imagine waiting for two weeks for your order. Never experienced such poor service from a courier company
