unpaid services

i provided a owner driver service for 3days at the company and i decided to withdraw my services as i felt that it was not profitable as the outsource contract was binding and did not see it being worth my while. I was assured by Kamu ,I'm guessing is the outsource manager that i will be payed for my short term service after 45 days...after the 45 day i was told that my documents were not filed on time, now this guy ignores all for of communication with me, he is very unprofessional
