Unmet promises

I have been expecting a delivery from the 1st of November and it is now the 25th of November . When i use the way bill number to track the order it says that its in Johannesburg elands warehouse I've tried several times to contact skynet via calls and emails without any success the only thing i would be told is that my parcel is lost they will try and locate it and send it to me or they would promise to get back to me but still none has been done 25 days later .
