Unisa waybill still not delivered

Good day<br> <br> I am still waiting for my Unisa study material to be delivered.<br> <br> This morning I was assured that the delivery would be made today, but I am still waiting.<br> <br> Please advise when delivery will be made as I am getting really annoyed. This parcel was dispatched on the 12th of July already so cannot see what the hold-up can possibly be.<br> <br> Waybill number = UNPE***<br>
