Unisa Stundent_I have been waiting 11 days!!!
Good day<br> On the 16th of July I received an sms stating that my Unisa Study material will be delivered to me via Skynet in 1-6 days, this is now 11 days later from receiving the message and yet nothing has happened. When trying to phone the Elandsfontein branch NOBODY answers the phone, I have exactly 4 phone numbers for them and nothing works. I have been told by the Skynet Headoffice Call centre that they do not understand why I have not received my parcel yet. Can somebody please help me!!!<br> Waybill number- UNPE***<br> This is unacceptable honestly
