Unisa should stop using the services of Skynet

I have registered at Unisa and waiting for my study material to be delivered. I tracked the parcel on the system to see if Unisa has dispatched it and yes it has been. I contacted Skynet to make an arrangement for me to pick up the parcel, after calling the Road Freight department several times I got hold of a lady (Winnie) who tried to put me through, the call got cut off and after calling from the same landline number she didnt pick up my call until i called from my cellphone and insisted that she gives me the names and contact numbers of the responsible people.<br> I have been trying to get hold of the responsible consultants for the past 4 hours and their phones are just ringing, the numbers are ***, ***, ***, ***. I ended up getting hold of the Courier dept and they gave me a manager's number to call *** and *** there has been no answer after calling more than 30 times today.<br> Skynet your services suck, you are worst than the post office atleast they are permanently on strike, what is your excuse?<br> Kindly respond as I will end up calling the director or executive directly<br> Waybill number UNPE***
