Unisa parcels not delivered

Two parcels from Unisa and both still not delivered.<br> 26/1/2015 ~ UNP ***<br> 3/2/2015 ~ UNDP ***<br> I have called the 086 numbers 12 times <br> and the local Durban office 10 times<br> and the Joburg office who then finally they gave me a cell number for a manager called Corrie who was too busy to take the call. <br> Both parcels now sit in the Durban office undelivered (one after a detour through Cape Town) - although last year the parcels got here and surprisingly other couriers can get here - seems skynet in Durban have suddenly lost the ability to look up an address or call a customer.<br> Shocking service which is delaying studies.<br>
