UNISA Material held by the Courier for 5 days

Skynet Couriers has become the worst service, years back while the Post Office used to work I would choose Skynet as my courier and they would deliver within 3 days maximum. Now it has taken over a week and I dont have my materials, just to let you know, on the same day that I registered for accounting I also registered for my younger brother for engineering. His UNISA material via UTI Couriers arrived within 2 days, mine has gone awol with Skynet<br> <br> Dear Skynet, please deliver my materials ASAP, I am tired of waiting for you, I do hope that UNISA does not renew the contract with you, you are the worst courier I have ever experienced, I traced my parcel on Monday the 13th and it was with you, today is Friday the 17th its still with you. You have even programmed your call centre to say it takes 6 working days, tell me now, how is it possible that materials, books from Pretoria to take 6 working days just to get delivered in Johannesburg? I have recieved books from Amazon Books in the USA in 5 days. No wonder UNISA has decided to give UTI couriers the part of the contract. I want my books, I need to be studying, thats why I registered early. Parcel: UNPE***
