UNISA MATERIAL

I have seen so many complaints about Skynet and I am shocked that some people are still waiting for their study material 1 month after Skynet received it. My tracking number is UNP*** and Skynet dispatched my study material to Cape Town on 13/03. On 16/03 it was not delivered because driver was late, on 17/03 they say consignee not available but my wife was available all day and today 18/03 it again says driver late. I called the 24hr help line whose way of helping was to put me through to the Cape Town office but the phone rang unaswered. I hope you guys get your act together as I have an assignment due in a week and I need this material like yesterday.
