Unhappy first experience
Absolute pathetic. I tried calling both the national number *** and the Cape Town number *** without success. I received an SMS this morning stating that my delivery will take place some time today. I have been waiting for more than 8 hours. When calling, I have been holding on for nearly a hour, only to hear that "Your call is important to us". Nobody answers the call. This is HiFi Corp making use of them.
