Unhappy Client

I was expecting delivery on Friday as per tracking information. I also called in the morning they said it's loaded in the car with no luck driver didn't pitch. And today i called to do follow up in the morning, they said the driver is coming between 3h00-17h00. I called at 16h50 they said they are unable to get hold of the driver. So im asking myself if Skynet is fooling me or what🤔
