Undelivered package - Nonexistent service levels

Skynet Express is the most unreliable courier service that I have ever encountered. My parcel was scanned into their branch on the 9th November 2024 and for some unknown reason it's just stuck there. Absolutely no movement since. I have tried calling Skynet on numerous occasions and can never get hold of an agent. While holding on the call a prompt says "press 0" to leave a message. This functionality does not work. I sent numerous messages on the website chat bot and absolutely no response. Skynet. To all out there who courier parcels, I would think twice about using Skynet.
