Undelivered package

I have been expecting a package from skynet since then13th of Dec 2024 and till today the package has not been delivered. I have sent an email complaining to skynet and even went on their wassup service but still i have not been assisted. I requested contacts so i can call the courier myself but was refused due to said security reasons. Everytime I track my parcel its on route to delivery but still i dnt even get a call from their driver or any form of communication. Skynet is a very big international company but their service is dismal and leaves less to be desired in the courier industry. I have been waiting on the package since 13th Dec 2024 as its a sensitive R. T. M. C document still nothing and my efforts to also call the customer care line were fruitless as i was on hold till the phone disconnected.
