Unacceptable Service Experience

I am compelled to write this review on Hellopeter to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided by your company. Unfortunately, my recent experience with your chosen courier service, SKYNet, has been nothing short of a nightmare.

My parcel was dispatched to SKYNet on November 20, 2023, and to my dismay, I only received a notification on December 5th that it was finally en route. Since that notification, every attempt to track the parcel has resulted in a disheartening "failed delivery" status.

What exacerbates this situation is the lack of communication from the delivery driver. Despite being available at home throughout this entire period, I have not received a single contact attempt, and most distressingly, the parcel remains undelivered. My numerous attempts to reach out to your customer care have proven to be an exercise in frustration, with prolonged hold times and unfulfilled promises of imminent delivery.

The subpar service I've experienced not only inconveniences me personally but also raises concerns about why your company chooses to engage with a service provider that consistently fails to meet basic standards, as echoed by numerous reviews.

With the December holidays fast approaching and my urgent need for the parcel, I implore you to address this matter with the urgency it deserves. A swift resolution is crucial before I leave this Friday.

I sincerely hope that you give immediate attention to this serious concern and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation promptly. My trust in your company's services has been severely shaken, and I believe it is in both our interests to ensure that such instances do not tarnish your reputation further.
