Unacceptable Delivery Experience

Extremely disappointing experience. If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. My package has been marked "out for delivery" since Friday, yet there have been no updates or communication whatsoever. I called earlier today and was assured it would arrive by the end of the day—but here we are, and still nothing. This level of service is completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating.
