Unacceptable Business Ethics. Non-Existent Service

I have been waiting for my order since 20 December. While I understand delays over the festive season, I did receive one of my orders on 24 December, which makes the lack of progress on the remaining order even more concerning. The tracking feature provides no updates, and all attempts to contact the company telephonically, whether through the switchboard or the various phone options, have failed.

Had one of my two deliveries not arrived, I would have assumed this company was a ****.

The total lack of communication and support demonstrates that customer service is simply non-existent.
