Unable to get hold of driver to get ETA

Poor poor service. Get a message package will delivered between 8 and 17h00. When calling to get an estimated time off arrival so that i can quickly go to town. You get told sorry they cant get hold of the driver phone just rings. Now i must wait at home untill 17h00 before i can go do shopping.

Ag please nobody will contact me just one more of your lies. Took a days leave to wait for my package that i was promised that would be delivered between 8 to 17h00. When i called for the second time at 12h30 i was then told the driver had a breakdown and all parcels were returned. Nobody even bothered to call me and inform the poor idiot your parcel won't be delivered today. This is now after i had to wait 7 days for my delivery in December. I will go though whatever i have to go through so that VOX know how *********** Skynet is.
