SkyNet Chat with Samantha Hello! My name is Samantha. How can I assist you today?
05:35 Speak to an agent 🗣️ 05:44 Please give us a brief description of your query.
05:44 Good day, I am expecting a delivery from Skynet with waybill No ***. Just before 2 pm on the 24th, I received a call from the driver who was supposed to make the delivery, asking me for the delivery location. I told him and the moment I did that, he told me that his car wasn't in a condition to make the drive to that location. I told him that I would be in town for some time, but would be leaving at 15:00. He told me that I would call him then, I asked him why I needed to call him and he said to let him know when I would be in town. I repeated to him that I was headed to town at that moment, but would only be there until 15:00, to which he then responded by saying "I will get back to you". I then made arrangements for him to drop off the package at Geelhout and I would get it tomorrow (which I wasn't required to do in the first place, but I did because I was trying to make things easier for him). He turned that option down telling me that he doesn't deliver to Geelhout (which would've been a 10 minute drive since he didn't want to drive to my original delivery address). I then flat out told him that he either delivers my package to Geelhout or Tlapa (original address), and those were his only options. He then simply dismissed me by telling me that he would get back to me, which will obviously not happen. And I repeatedly informed him that it was vital that I receive that package today as I was really struggling without it, which I didn't need to do because I must receive my package whether or not I need it. It is extremely frustrating to have someone tell me that I can't get my package simply because they don't have a roadworthy car, which is absolutely not my problem because they made the decision to join the field, nobody forced them. And when I asked him why he was given my package if he didn't deliver to Tlapa, he told me that he had taken someone else's package, whatever that meant. He did not even tell me his name, so I can't exactly identify him.
As for the 25th, I did not receive any call from anyone attempting to make a delivery. And now I see that my package has been scanned to the Red Bay, which I assume means I won't be getting it anymore. I emailed customer service on the 24th, but that has been ignored.
