Trash service

They have definitely dropped the bar. Have to go collect my own parcel and they not willing to reimburse me my delivery fee. Totally inconvenience and trash since I had to wait over the 5 days for my car registration to be delivered. Also, their tracking details had info from the 21 and nothing on it till the 27th. Finally, you wait over an hour just go get to an operator. Natis need to appoint another delivery service as this time I really regretted renewing my licence disk online.
