Total disgust in Sky net

I have been awaiting a package to be delivered since the 7th Dec 2023. I received an sms at 07:50 stating that my parcel will be delivered during the day and ti make sure someone was home. I waited all day and all night , no delivery. I check the tracking only to discover they stated "consignee not available at 18:44pm" I was home. I sent them an email of which a return email came through in which I was copied in with their contact number in bold which I called but it doesn't seem as though anyone operates the phones. On the 12th, 13th and 14th it showed again parcel out doe delivery. I have been home everyday waiting for this parcel and again to my shock, the tracking reflects " consignee not available at 18:21pm" to date I have sent 3 emails requesting someone contact me because it seems my house is invisible and cannot be found on google maps and still no call from anyone. No my parcel has been scanned to the Red Bay which I my mind means it's going back to where it originated from.
