To start with. Their customer service is non existent. They have a live chat on their website. Ive been waiting for more that 4hrs now to get an agent to get back to me. They also have a WhatsApp number and also 2hrs and no answers to my questions. How is this acceptable for customer service agents to take forever to get back to a customer needing information on delivery time estimation. Really this is unacceptable.
