This is absolutely the WORST courier service ever, the staff even laughs at you when you mention Hello Peter... WTH???
I wish you could give starts as a minus, this company will be minus 100 stars. My parcel has been with their Port Elizabeth distribution centre since the 18th Feb, and until today has not been out for delivery.
Yesterday I was promised that it will be delivered and it "showed" "out on delivery" on the tracking system however, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
This morning, guess what... The same...
When I contacted them and after a huge struggle got hold of somebody at Port Elizabeth I was assured that I will have the parcel before 10h00.. Guess what... BIG LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am so frustrated, and am wondering if my parcel is not perhaps lost. Come on, from the 18th to today, that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ON ANY LEVEL, but I guess you guys just do not care.
Here is my question, MAY I PLEASE DRIVE TO YOU AND COLLECT MY PARCEL AS IT SEEMS YOUR DRIVERS ARE NON EXISTENT OR TOTALLY USELESS?
