****! They don’t deliver parcels

Bought items for the very first time in Temu and they chose this **** of a company to deliver my parcel. This company **** about a “bad address” and a week later no one sent any communication. I called but you wait for so long on the line and no one picks up, sent an email and gave them the address again even though it was correct the first time, and they changed the status to “need to reschedule delivery”. A month went by and no delivery was done. So Temu suggested I get a refund, and I got my refund from Temu but what about the money I paid to Skynet?? I wrote them an email again asking for my refund, they responded with an automated reply meaning that I might not get my money back. I don’t know why Temu chooses this business shame
