They deserve negative reviews

I have no idea why bmw finance chooses to use this courier service, this is the worst company I have EVER had to deal with. Their phone voice commands are buggy and one never gets through, their whatsapp line is where you just have a monologue, email too...dead. How they operate is a mystery. Bottom line is, I want my parcel and the ombudsman is going to know about this
