They are unreliable, they keep saying my delivery was shipped but there was no one home yet they didn't attempt to call and on all those days THERE WAS SOMEONE HOME

They are unreliable, they keep saying my delivery was shipped but there was no one home yet they didn't attempt to call and on all those days THERE WAS SOMEONE HOME. When I called the call centre then they said address is incomplete so if that what the case then how could the so calle" delivery " being made and they then subsequently "found" no one home. I then changed the address but days later still nothing just their useless emails which they note my dissatisfaction. Today I was on hold for more then 15 minutes and I called twice. Very unprofessional and I needed my shein order as December event is this upcoming weekend.
