Good day, I never had problems with Skynet until 2020. I was promised since the 03/03/2020 that my study material was going to be delivered ASAP. Excuses after excuses IF they actually answer the phones - when they hear you're from UNISA they just drop the call. Today (13/03/2020) I was informed (after about 18 phone calls) that my books might take another 5 working days to be delivered. These people are playing with the futures of many students. We have started with tests but have no books to study from. What a **** excuse of a reputable company. BOIKOT and give the UNISA contract to someone worthy!!!!!!
