The worst service I have ever received!!

The Joburg branch of Skynet is the most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. Our delivery was delivered 5 days late after 23 phone calls from myself to follow up on things. I was sent from pillar to post, given a drivers number who said its not his area to deliver to, told the parcel may or may not (?) still be at the Elandsfontein office? The only decent service I received was from a key accounts manager in Durban. Skynet you are ruining small business as it reflects badly on them when you don't do your job and deliver their goods. Joburg branch needs a proper shake up. Shocking management. Lack of accountability. I would never recommend nor use this company in the future.
